The methods are not adequately described in relation to sampling (convenience or random), data collection (self-administered or structured face-to-face interview). The last sentence to be changed to “Descriptive and logistic regression analysis were used in data analysis.” Authors’ Response: Thank you for pointing out these omissions in the abstract. The sampling and data collection methods have been included and the last sentence has been changed to include our descriptive methods. The methods section of the abstract (lines 36-41) now reads:
